Tai Chi

The flow of Chi (life force energy) is facilitated through Tai Chi and a more freely flow in the body is essential for keeping a good health.


Qi Gong

Jia's Qi Gong increases flexibility, gives muscle tone and improves posture and thereby breathing. 

By focusing on the breathing and the movements in Qi Gong the mind get at ease, releasing tension and stress and can give the practitioner a meditative experience.

Yoga

In Yoga your body and mind work together in overcoming, what you might believe are , the limits of the body, helped by breathing techniques.

Yoga gives body toning, flexibility, endurance and a calm & relaxed mind.
