The Shaolin style Kickboxing is a great energy outlet through controlled kicking and punching movements.
Kickboxing builds stamina, discipline, muscle tone, flexibility and a connection to your willpower. In addition you learn some self-defense and feel as an empowered being by knowing your body and mind better.

Wushu

Wushu strengthens muscles, stamina, improves flexibility and reactions. The Shaolin style warm up and stretching is especially created with the needs of the modern busy and often stiff person in mind.
Wushu challenges you to work on your body & mind discipline and to focus your Chi to control your movements.
You learn kicks, jumps, rolls, cartwheels and more as separate movements and then to combine these into beautiful hand-sets with a touch of Tai Chi, under the leading of our Shaolin trained masters.

Wushu Weaponry

Wushu Weaponry combines Wushu basics with the beauty of elegant weapon handling skills.
In Wushu Weaponry you will learn to swing a sword or how to handle a staff.
The weapons used originates from ancient military weapons used in wars, but adapted to today's more peaceful needs.
We go through the basics of the long sword, the broad sword and the cudgel (staff) and different series of movements in the use of the weapons.

Both the sword and the staff has been skillfully handled by Shaolin warriors throughout the ages and was also used when the emperor asked the Shaolin warriors for help in fighting off pirates in Shanghai in the 1550.
