Tai Chi

In Tai Chi the body and mind is connected into one beautiful movement. By moving slowly  the body learns how to work together with the mind accomplishing a movement in harmony with the person as a whole and the space around her. 

Tai Chi strengthens the body and also builds balance, flexibility, endurance & mental control ability. 

The secret to Tai Chi lies not in the physical expression but in the connection created between the body and the mind.

The flow of Chi (life force energy) is facilitated through Tai Chi and a more freely flow in the body is essential for keeping a good health.


Qi Gong

Jia's Qi Gong increases flexibility, gives muscle tone and improves posture and thereby breathing. 

By focusing on the breathing and the movements in Qi Gong the mind get at ease, releasing tension and stress and can give the practitioner a meditative experience.

The flow of Qi (life force energy) is facilitated through Qi Gong and a more freely flow in the body is essential for keeping a good health.


Yoga

In Yoga your body and mind work together in overcoming, what you might believe are , the limits of the body, helped by breathing techniques.

Yoga gives body toning, flexibility, endurance and a calm & relaxed mind.

Kickboxing

The Shaolin style Kickboxing is a great energy outlet through controlled kicking and punching movements. 

Kickboxing builds stamina, discipline, muscle tone, flexibility and a connection to your willpower. In addition you learn some self-defense and feel as an empowered being by knowing your body and mind better.

Wushu

Wushu strengthens muscles, stamina, improves flexibility and reactions. The Shaolin style warm up and stretching is especially created with the needs of the modern busy and often stiff person in mind.

Wushu challenges you to work on your body & mind discipline and to focus your Chi to control your movements.

You learn kicks, jumps, rolls, cartwheels and more as separate movements and then to combine these into beautiful hand-sets with a touch of Tai Chi, under the leading of our Shaolin trained masters.

Wushu Weaponry

Wushu Weaponry combines Wushu basics with the beauty of elegant weapon handling skills.

In Wushu Weaponry you will learn to swing a sword or how to handle a staff.

The weapons used originates from ancient military weapons used in wars, but adapted to today's more peaceful needs.

We go through the basics of the long sword, the broad sword and the cudgel (staff) and different series of movements in the use of the weapons.

Both the sword and the staff has been skillfully handled by Shaolin warriors throughout the ages and was also used when the emperor asked the Shaolin warriors for help in fighting off pirates in Shanghai in the 1550.

Baby Wushu

Through play the children learn balance, trust and turn taking and sharing with other children and the very child-loving masters. 

By playing the children build up faster reactions, learn to jump and have fun - all in a friendly environment. 



Few things are as cute as seeing a small child wanting and trying to perform a handset, always taught at their own interest and performed at their own pace.

Wushu for Kids

In Wushu for kids the children have fun while learning Wushu. 

The children's self confidence is built up when they see that they can manage the stretching, punching, kicking, blocking, tumbling and the combination of these that the basic hand-sets consist of. 

The hand & eye coordination and the reactions improve when doing wushu and the training builds trust in both the physical and mental discipline they see they can master.



Wushu Weaponry for Kids

Wushu Weaponry combines Wushu basics with the beauty of elegant weapon handling skills.

In Wushu Weaponry the child learns to swish a sword and how to swing a staff gracefully and with power. It is highly exciting and a lot of fun!

Kicking, blocking and stretching is also a natural part of the Weaponry Wushu.




YogaKids

Yoga for kids is a way of working with the children's natural relationship with their bodies' flexibility and keep their bodies healthy. 

Yoga can help increase concentration and focus and work as a way to express creativity and imagination, plus reduce any form of hyper-activity.




Options

Training can be done either in a group class together with other students or as a private training session with one student per instructor. 

A new option we have is the family private training where your family get a master for your family alone.
