I always feel very welcome at Jia, by all who works there, it is a very positive and friendly atmosphere. It is also so easy to meet and start talking to other people who goes there. In many other places people just looks weirdly at you if you try to start up a conversation with a person you do not know. Jia is also really good at accommodating for new ideas: after another mother's & mine suggestion they started Baby wushu, mainly for us!
The masters are just the best, always adapting to what your body really need the most. Since starting with Wushu and QiGong regularly I have become much more flexible and it feels like I have an improved flow inside my body, keeping my body healthier. I actually don't think I have been sick even though we have had things going around in the family. Now my whole family enjoys classes at Jia!
During the October holidays we joined the trip to Shaolin with several other families. It was so great to get out into real nature (not accommodated nature), walk on paths with leaves and dirt and seeing a lot of beautiful scenery - and starting off the mornings with Wushu or QiGong outdoors. When I later joined the smaller meditation trip it was completely different and extremely developing for both body and spirit.
Thank you!!
